Spanning an impressive 20,000 square meters, the Çorlu Fairy Tale Park is a comprehensive, turnkey thematic destination. MiniatureArt proudly executed the complete conceptual design, application drawings, civil construction, and artistic manufacturing for the entire project. Elevating the standard of open-air entertainment, this park seamlessly blends highly detailed figurative sculpture with advanced animatronics, offering visitors a truly immersive storybook experience.
Grand Architecture & Evolving Landscapes
Monumental Castle Entrance & Facilities: Visitors are welcomed through a massive, custom-built castle structure that serves as the grand gateway to the park. Inside the grounds, a highly stylish and beautifully designed cafeteria offers a premium resting area for families.
Custom Brick Hardscaping: The pedestrian pathways were meticulously constructed using vertically laid brick pavers, adding a warm, nostalgic, and premium texture to the walking routes.
Botanical Partnership (Elis Peyzaj): While MiniatureArt managed all thematic and structural construction, the botanical landscaping was masterfully executed by Elis Peyzaj. As the natural flora matures over time, it continues to integrate with the sculptures, creating uniquely picturesque views across the park.
175 Figures Across 28 Concepts with Thematic Backdrops
Immersive Story Environments: We produced 175 incredibly detailed figures representing 28 distinct fairy tale concepts. Setting this project apart from our Meram and Manisa parks, the characters in Çorlu are positioned against intricate, custom-built backdrops. These scenic walls instantly transport visitors into the authentic environments of the specific tales.
Bespoke Character Design & Costuming: The collection features legendary figures such as Tintin, Little Red Riding Hood, Keloğlan, Nasreddin Hodja, Aladdin, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Cinderella. For this specific park, each character was redesigned with unprecedented detail and entirely new, custom-tailored costumes distinct from our previous installations.
Advanced Animatronics & The Stone Frog Theater
Interactive Mechanical Figures: Pushing beyond static art, we integrated dynamic animatronic elements into the park, including a fully animated, talking tree that actively engages and surprises children.
The Stone Frog Theater: A dedicated, rustic stone building was constructed exclusively to house an animatronic frog theater, providing a captivating mechanical show in an enclosed, atmospheric setting.
Solid Core Engineering & Robotic Milling
Solid Core Durability (Unlike Hollow Polyester): Every figure is carved directly from solid, high-density polyurethane blocks. Unlike conventional fiberglass or polyester shells, they are completely solid inside, making them highly impact-resistant and engineered for decades of heavy public interaction.
7-Axis Robotic Carving & Hand Detailing: The characters were drafted to the millimeter in 3D CAD, milled by industrial 7-axis robotic arms, and flawlessly finished by our master hand-sculptors and studio painters.
Heavy-Duty 20 mm Steel Anchoring: For absolute safety, each figure features internal 2 cm (20 mm) thick solid structural steel rods embedded deep into ground concrete foundations.
